Annual Service Agreements can be tailored to meet a client’s specific needs. These can take the following forms:
  • Support Contract - to cover ad hoc support issues and small development requirements
  • Maintenance Contract - for scheduled development work to an existing system.
  • Retainer Contract - to book regular resource
 and can range from a minimum of 2 hours support per annum upwards.

[1] After Hours Support is outside of normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00).
[2] Emergency Support is when on-site support is required with less than 24 hours notice.
