User Testing
Before any system goes live with a customer it needs to be
tested and approved. This is usually the final stage before
release.
Reviews
Throughout the project's life cycle we like to have planned review
periods. Often, as a customer sees their new software developing,
new thoughts and ideas come to light. These thoughts need to be
incorporated into the overall design in a structured way.
Installation & Roll Out
Once a customer is happy with their new software it must be
installed correctly. Often the new software is a replacement to an
existing system. Dynamic Data can provide assistance here and if
required copy data from the old system to the new.
Support & Maintenance
We believe in developing long term relationships with our customers.
We understand that a company's requirements are not static and
evolve with time. To ensure that their software does not become
obsolete we are happy to carry out modification and changes on
request. We are also happy to carry out maintenance work on
software we did not create if it is in the customers' best interest
to do so.
