Large Sized Project - Neil MacArthur Opticians

One of our largest projects to date, we worked for nearly two years installing a patient management mailing and reminder system for Neil MacArthur Plc. Neil MacArthur is a nationwide chain of opticians with branches from Wakefield to Watford. The project involved close collaboration with the client, and regular design reviews as development progressed to ensure that the system we were developing would best meet the needs of Neil MacArthur.

The software was the centrepiece of the system, but only one part of the whole. We selected and supplied all the necessary hardware to support the application - including computers, printers and backup facilities. We also trained the staff in its use and still provide telephone and on-site support to all the staff across the country.
